About the Pool
Wilshire Estates loves our pool area! Residents have full and free use of this area during the summer season. With table and chair seating for over 55 residents, lounge chairs, and a covered cabana with picnic tables, there is plenty of room for neighbors to gather and enjoy the Georgia summers. Wilshire homeowners are welcome to reserve the cabana space for parties – a free benefit for our residents only! Additionally, the pool area has indoor restrooms and two outdoor showers to rinse off before or after swimming. The feature of the area is of course the half Olympic sized pool, varying in depth from 3.5 to 5 feet.
A Shared Amenity
We all value this wonderful neighborhood amenity, where fun in the sun can be had by all. Our pool is a great resource, but one that requires proper use and care to prevent damage, avoid closures, minimize expenses and maximize enjoyment! At the end of your visit, please remember to gather all belongings and properly throw away any garbage. Please put chairs and tables back in order and close any open umbrellas. Note: A Lost and Found bin is located in the main entrance hall for unclaimed clothes and gear.
Emergency Procedures & Contacts
In any life threatening event please dial 911. An emergency phone can be located in the entrance hall of the Cabana. A First Aid Kit can be found in the entrance hall. All Lifeguards are First Aid Certified.

Key Info - Each year the Wilshire Estates Home Owners Association Board issues new keys to the Community Pool.
Keys are distributed at the start of each pool season. Watch the message boards and e-mail blasts for specific times. Keys must be picked up by the homeowner or current resident of the home. Please turn in your previous year’s key at that time.
In order to be eligible to receive a new key, the homeowner must be current with their homeowner’s association dues.
Note: There is a $25 replacement fee for lost keys. Keys will not be distributed if the HOA Dues are delinquent.

(No lifeguard will be on duty weekdays after the new school year starts on August 7, 2017. At that time, there will only be lifeguards on weekends until the pool’s closing)
Cabana
The Wilshire Estatees HOA Board of Directors offers community residents free usage of the Pool Cabana for current residents on a first-come, first-reserve basis. The Cabana may be reserved for private parties by Wilshire Estates residents ONLY.
